PLYO WORKOUT

Hey fit friends! I hope your days have been spectacular and healthy so far!

 PLYO WORKOUT

Here's a great HIIT style PLYO Workout for you all! Definitely guaranteed to get your heart rate up!
Best part, you don't even need a gym! You can do this in your house, outdoors, shopping mall! (Well maybe that last one is questionable...) But pretty much a do-anywhere workout!

Warm up: 
20 Jumping Jacks
30 High Knees
:60 Jog in place
repeat 2-3 times

Workout:
10 Burpees
10 Right Side Lunges
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Left Side Lunges
15 Squat Jumps
20 High knees
15 Push Ups
10 Tuck Jumps
20 Side to Side Hops
10 One legged burpees (Right leg)
20 Tricep Dips
10 One legged burpees (left leg)
16 Switch Lunges
Repeat as many times until YOU CAN'T GO NO MORE!!
