Questbar Creations Recipe Roundup Part 1 - Gluten Free & High Protein!

Decided to combine allllll my Quest Bar Creations for you!
So you can easily find them and make them yourselves!
Here's just part 1, but there are lots more on the way!

Quest Bar Pizza
Ingredients: 
1 Quest bar

Topping:
- 2 tbs Greek yogurt
- 2 medium strawberries sliced

Method:
-preheat oven to 380 F
- warm the questbar for 10 seconds in the microwave
-split into 2 pieces
- put onto parchment paper and roll out (with any can or rolling pin) into 2 flat circles (flatter the better!)
- bake for 3 minutes - flip "pizza" to other side and spritz lightly with cooking spray - bake for 1 more minute
- once pizzas done, let cool!
- top 1 tbs Greek yogurt on top of each pizza - decorate with strawberry slices!

Makes 2 PIZZAS!
Nutrition for ONE using peanut butter jelly bar:
-121 cals
-5.1 g fat
-13 g carbs
-9 g fiber
-11.6 G protein

Quest Bar Ice Cream Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 quest bar
-1 ripe medium banana
-1.5 TBS coconut flour

Method:
-blend banana well and mix in coconut flour - put into freezer

-prepare the ice cream sandwiches
-preheat oven to 375 F
-microwave questbar for 10 seconds
- break into 4 pieces
- roll each into a ball and flatten between palms, then roll out (with bottle or rolling pin) into 4 flat rectangles
- bake for 2 minutes
- take out, spritz with cooking spray
- bake for 1 more minute -
if you want, use fork to prick decorative lines

- take out the "icecream" banana mix and split in half - put on top of 2 of the rectangle cookies, then use the other 2 to top the ice cream

- makes 2 full ice cream sandwiches
- place back in freezer and let harden - about 1 hour

Quest Bar Fruit Tarts

Ingredients:
- 1 quest bar
-1 cup Greek yogurt
-strawberries

Method:
-preheat oven to 375 F
-microwave questbar for 10 seconds
- break into 4 pieces
- roll each into a ball and flatten between palms, then roll out (with bottle or rolling pin) into 4 FLAT circles
-shape into a bowl shape and pinch the edges like in the picture
- spritz with cooking spray
- bake for 3-4 minutes (to help hold shape, spray a muffin tin and place crust inside)
- let "crust" cool completely
-split geek yogurt evenly among the 4 shells
- top with sliced strawberries

Makes 4 servings
Nutrition for ONE using vanilla crunch bar: -89 cals -2.2 g fat -8.9 g carbs -4.7 g fiber -11.1 G protein

Quest Bar PB&J Pockets

Ingredients:
- 1 PB&J Quest bar
-Filling:
- 2 medium strawberries (or 2 TBS berries of choice)
- 1 Tbs natural peanut butter + 1 tsp coconut flour

Method:
-preheat oven to 380 F
- microwave strawberries for :30 seconds
- mash with spoon
- pour out extra liquid & using a napkin or towel, squeeze out the extra liquid
- warm peanut butter in microwave
- mix peanut butter with 1 tsp coconut flour

- warm the questbar for 10 seconds in the microwave
-split into 2 pieces
- put onto parchment paper and roll out (with any can or rolling pin) into 2 flat circles (flatter the better!)
- split the peanut butter mix into 2 - roll each into a ball and flatten in between your palms. Put pb mix on each questbar circle
- put strawberry mix on top of each of the peanut butter topped quest bar circles
- close up each pocket by folding in the sides and top and bottom (if hard to fold, microwave for 5-8 seconds to soften)
- bake for 3 minutes
- take out and spritz lightly with cooking spray
- bake for 1 more minute
- once pockets done, let cool in fridge!

Makes 2 POCKETS!

-168 cals -9.2 g fat -14.2 g carbs -10 g fiber -12.1 G protein

Quest Bar Crackers & Cereal

Ingredients: 
- 1 quest bar 

Method
-preheat oven to 380 F 
- warm the quest bar for 10 seconds in the microwave 
- put onto parchment paper and roll out (with any can or rolling pin) into a Long and flat rectangle (AS FLAT AS YOU CAN! Flatter = crispier) 
- cut into SMALL squares - thumb size or smaller 
- bake for 3 minutes
To add a little more crispyness, spray the chips with cooking spray when before you put them in the oven! 
- once chips done, let COOL COMPLETELY in refrigerator 
BAM! Crispy snacks! 

FOR THE WHOLEEE RECIPE using chocolate peanut butter bar: 
-160 cals -5 g fat -25 g carbs -17 g fiber -20 G protein 

I used a dip mixture for my chips! 
Simply mix: 1 tbs coconut flour, 1 tbs vanilla whey protein, 3 tbs water! 

Can also put this chips in some almond milk and eat as CEREAL!

 Quest Bar fortune cookies 

Ingredients:
- 1 quest bar

Method:
-preheat oven to 375 F
-microwave bar for 10 seconds
- break into 4 pieces
- roll each into a ball and flatten between palms, then roll out (with bottle or rolling pin) into 4 FLAT circles
- roll up a long piece of parchment paper into a log [taping it closed is optional]
- fold quest circle in half and pinch top curved edge but leave a hollow space
- put parchment paper log inside hollow space to keep shape
- start bending carefully in half (over rim of a cup may help) and bring edges towards each other (should now look like a fortune cookie)
- hang over an oven safe bowl like in picture - bake 2 minutes
- spritz with cooking spray & bake for 1 more minute
- let cool immediately in fridge STILL hanging over the oven safe bowl to keep shape - makes 4!

Quest Bar Bagels
 Ingredients
- 1 quest bar - 4-6 medium strawberries 

Method:
-preheat oven to 375 F 
-microwave bar for 10 seconds 
- break into 3 pieces 
- roll each between palms to form a log or worm shape 
- then attach the 2 ends to form a Circle (basically make a bagel shape) 
-bake 3 mins 
- take out, spritz with cooking spray - bake for 1 more minute 
- let cool completely 
- microwave strawberries :30 seconds - mash well 
- then using napkin soak out extra liquid 
- spread jam on the bagels! 
Makes 3 servings 
 Nutrition for ONE using vanilla crunch bar: -73 cals -3.1 g fat -8.8 g carbs -6.4 g fiber -6.8 G protein

Quest Bar Greek Yogurt Cones! 
Ingredients
- 1 quest bar 
-1/2 - 3/4 cup Greek yogurt 
-fruit, berries, nuts, granola to top 

Method:
-preheat oven to 375 F -microwave bar for 10 seconds 
- break into 3 pieces 
- roll out into 3 VERY FLAT rectangle square shapes (shape doesn't really matter much, just make sure it's big!) 
- take 3 pieces of parchment paper and roll into a cone shape 
- using the cone paper as a guide, put the cone at the edge of one of the quest roll outs and start rolling the flattened bar into a cone shape over the parchment paper model
- leave parchment paper inside to hold shape 
- bake for 2 minutes, take out and spray top with cooking spray, bake 1 more minute 
- let cool completely in fridge! 
- fill each with Greek yogurt and toppings of choice!
Makes 3 servings 
 Nutrition for ONE using vanilla almond: - Cals:101 - Fat: 3 - Carbs :10.8 - Fiber:6.3 - Protein: 12.1

Quest Bar S'mores! 
Ingredients
- 1 quest bar 
-1 scoop protein + tiny bit of water (around 2-3 teaspoons - mixed to "marshmallow" sludge ) 
- chocolate squares 

Method
-preheat oven to 375 F -microwave bar for 10 seconds 
- break into 6 pieces 
- roll out (with bottle or rolling pin) into 6 FLAT squares 
- bake for 3 minutes 
- spritz with baking spray - bake for 1 more minute 
- let cool completely in fridge 
- combine protein with a tiny bit of water to reach marshmallow thick sticky consistency 
- melt chocolate baking square on graham cracker and top with protein "marshmallow" and another quest graham cracker! Makes 3 servings

Quest Bar Syrup
Ingredients: - 1 Quest cookie dough bar or bar of choice - 1/4 cup almond milk 

Method:
- break Bar into pieces - put pieces into a bowl with the almond milk
- microwave for :10 seconds, stir, then microwave another :10 seconds
- keep microwaving an stirring really well until syrup consistency
- use as a syrup for pancakes!!
