PROTEIN COFFEE CAKE:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Cinnamon Whey Isolate (or of choice!)

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup black brewed coffee (depending on how strong your coffee is)
- 2 TBS apple sauce
-1 tsp baking powder
- cinnamon to sprinkle on top
- optional peanut butter to swirl on top
Method:
-preheat
oven to 350 F
- blend all ingredients together well except cinnamon topping and peanut
butter topping
- pour into 2 greased or oiled up ramekins
- sprinkle cinnamon on top
and swirl in optional peanut butter
- bake for 20-25 minutes or until
toothpick comes out clean
