Gluten Free High Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

Nothing makes my day brighter than some bright and fun

PROTEIN PUMPKIN PANCAKES

Ingredients:
I even made a little IG video because they were so good!
2 eggs
1 scoop muscle gauge whey protein ["VMFITNESS" for 20% off at mgnstore.com!]
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup canned pumpkin

Blend the above ingredients together and cook like pancakes!

Topping:
2 TBS peanut flour with water until syrupy

Nutritional Info without Topping:
370 calories
14 g fat
23 g carbs
41 g protein

  1. These are delicious! I used flax eggs & a chocolate protein powder (it's all i had) and they were really good. I'm not sure how this changes the calories but it can't hurt.
