PROTEIN PUMPKIN PANCAKES

1 scoop muscle gauge whey protein ["VMFITNESS" for 20% off at mgnstore.com!]
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
Blend the above ingredients together and cook like pancakes!
Topping:
2 TBS peanut flour with water until syrupy

370 calories
14 g fat
23 g carbs
41 g protein

DeleteThese are delicious! I used flax eggs & a chocolate protein powder (it's all i had) and they were really good. I'm not sure how this changes the calories but it can't hurt.
